Classic Carpet received excellent reviews and we reached out for an online estimate. Matthew responded quickly and was able to give us a few options for scheduling so we could find a time/date that worked for all of us. We appreciated the system that he uses for communication with his customers. We received a description of the requested services, along with an appointment reminder and notice when he was on his way. When Matthew arrived, he introduced himself and explained the process. He wore booties to protect our floor and even used hard plastic tools to protect the corners from getting damaged by the hose. During cleaning, we could tell that he wasn't rushing through the process and was giving his 100% to make sure that our carpet would come out nice and clean. We appreciated all his efforts in this dog-friendly house. Matthew stayed true to his very reasonable estimate, the carpets and area rug look great - we can't wait to see them when they are fully dry. I had Matthew out to clean my carpets today and I could not be happier with the outcome. First of all, super nice guy!! He was on time, explained exactly he was going to do and got it all done in no time at all. He explained what I should expect in the next few hours, cleaned up his equipment and was out the door. I hadn't had our carpets professionally cleaned in the 8 years of living in my home. We have three children and a dog, and have only used a rug doctor machine that you rent from the supermarket. Matthew asked in advance if we had any areas of concern, and what the stains were, because he uses different chemicals to bring up different stains. I had no specific memories of the stains, only that when we did spill or there was a pet accident we cleaned it by hand, but after 8 years, we'd lost count. He took his time and treated our carpets with everything he had (without increasing the price from the quote at all). He was professional, on time, knowledgable, so easy to book, and the carpets look great! We will definitely be using this company again, recommending them and using them much more often.

We had an outstanding experience with Classic Carpet cleaning today. They answered the phone the first time I called, were friendly, got me a same day service time and the price was very reasonable. They didn’t nickel and dime us, cleaned in walkways/closets and got out almost every stain (and we have a lot with 3 little kids and old dog). Our carpets look fantastic and dried quick. TLDR: Excellent cleaning and customer service. Impeccable response time and follow-through, confirmations were on point. Timely for appointment. 10/10 would recommend!! Customer Service: Called yesterday to schedule an appointment. First impressions over the phone, very friendly and flexible. He was knowledgeable and very direct with pricing on what was to be done, including his recommendations. He voiced his concerns for what should be done with our pet urine issues, and let us decide. He wasn't pushy at all. I said I'd peek around at other carpet cleaning businesses for quotes and would call him back. What ultimately happened was we tried cleaning it ourselves, failed miserably, and gave up, LOL. I called him back and he was quick to squeeze us in. I didn't even check on other quotes, because he was just so friendly and nice upon the first call that I didn't bother to call anyone else. Service: The house smells very good and he was incredibly thorough. Initially he walked through with me, prior to cleaning, and had this black light. Oh man... all the dirty little hidden secrets came out to play. What came to light was that we have naughty naughty pets, lol. I had no idea they were peeing all over the baseboards, closet doors, and areas we didn't even think they'd pee in. He really showed us that on a surface level everything may look clean, but it really wasn't. To start, he poured a solution to areas that popped up on the black light, he then deep cleaned the carpet and included an enzyme to really break down those urine particles. Lastly, he extracted the product, and now it's drying as we speak. He was quick and efficient, but I have to say, my FAVORITE part of his whole service, besides the cleaning, was his follow through and communication. From the first point of contact, to the end of the service, he was clear and concise. I absolutely love his communication style. He said he'd request additional information for the service, he did. He said he'd e-mail the appointment confirmation, he did. He sent a courtesy text when he was on his way, and when the service was completed. It's just nice to have every little detail noted, because I'm not left wondering did they confirm a date and time? Should I call to confirm? Are they showing up? When are they showing up? Are they done? There weren't any "what ifs". Additionally, he takes almost all kinds of payments: check, Venmo, cash, card, you name it, he'll take it. While we chatted he let me know he started his business about six months ago. It's impressive for a newly starting out business to be so meticulous and on point. Overall, wow, just wow. Impressive for a starting company and you're definitely going places. Great service and customer service, excellent follow-through on projected time frames, personable and knowledgeable. Wishing your business grows and flourishes. With these naughty cats and dog, we'll probably see you again in a year, haha. Hoping to hear more of your success stories then.

Matt with Classic Carpet cleaning did an awesome job rejuvenating our carpet. We have 2 toddlers and 2 dogs that have taken their toll on the carpet over the years.
